1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team carefully inspects, packs, and prepares your items for shipment.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship through trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders above ₹999. Orders below this value will include a small delivery charge.

  • Express shipping (where available) can be selected during checkout for faster delivery at an additional cost.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may be eligible for special shipping rates—details will be shared at the time of order.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

    • Non-metro / Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

  • Express Delivery:

    • 2–4 business days (only where available)

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen situations.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.

  • You can check your delivery status directly on the courier partner’s tracking page.

  • If tracking updates do not appear within 24–48 hours, or if you face any delivery issues, simply contact us—we’re happy to assist.

5. Delivery Issues

  • For delayed or missing deliveries, we will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.

6. International Shipping

At the moment, Scout Packers Kids Store ships only within India.
